Tournament
Team West will put together a team that matches the challengers from team East so that we maintain the East-West tradition.
Each team has eleven shiaisha. There will be one match between the two juniors. Remaining 10 are divided into two groups of five wherein all fight all. The fights are held on two Shiai-jo, A and B.
The team that has highest number of won matches or, if that is equal, the highest number of scored pints shall be the winner.
If needed, one extra match for one ippon will decide.

In addition there will be an individual tournament, working title Hocus-Pocus Taikai so that we maximize the Kendo-output over the weekend. This is dues to the team sizes being too unbalanced.

Costs
As are the customs, the host nation will cover the cost of the arrangement thus making the participation free
